Mayfield is a Grade II listed character property which used to be a part of a larger Mayfield Manor House dating back at least to the beginning of the 19th century. It has been modernized and provides all the mod-cons and yet it retains some of its original features. It has high ceilings, large bay windows and an enclosed patio with outside seating.

Entrance: Porch.

Kitchen: Fridge with an ice-box, electric cooker with oven and grill, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, stairs to the upper floors. Lounge/Diner: Bay window with seating, Flat screen TV, table and chairs, gas fireplace, a door leading out to the patio.

Bedroom 1: King-size bed, chest of drawers, large wardrobe, bay window. En-suite: Walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin, heated towel rail. Bathroom: Walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin, heated towel rail.


Bedroom 2: Double bed, hanging rail. Bedroom 3: Twin beds, wardrobe.

Pets: Sorry, no pets.

Parking: Unrestricted on-street parking on a first come first served basis.

Spacious enclosed patio with outside seating.

Heating: Gas central heating.

Short breaks: Not accepted at peak times.

Notes: Towels are provided. Travel cot and high chair available.
